This means you can follow your guest attendance status 24 hours a day.
This is very useful in case you need to:

• • hire catering staff

View Your Announcements Sent
To view your sent announcements (including guest attendance) go to:
My Account, submenu My Sent Announcements. (You must login to access this information.)
